Our Process
1. Sealing of entry points
With proper exclusion techniques we can prevent animals from getting into your home. We don’t use spray foam, steel wool, or caulking, we use secure anchors that we guarantee animals will not get through.
2. Set Traps within the space
After the entry points have been sealed off we trap and remove any animals within the space. Rats, mice, squirrels, raccoons and skunks must be eliminated from the space before the space can be restored.
3. Return to check the traps
We return to check these traps every 3-5 business days to re-bait, re-set and check for fresh droppings. After 2 consecutive visits with no new animals in the traps or new droppings guarantees the animals have been eliminated from the space. The space can now properly be restored.

Foam as shown in the photos can be chewed through and is not an effective long term solution. Steel wool rusts and can still be pulled out by rats and larger animals. Caulking expands and contracts with the weather and can overtime become brittle, concrete anchors and screws will last as long as the structure. Rats are afraid of new things in their environment and may not interact with the traps if they have easy access to their usual food source. Sealing off the entries first ensures they must interact with the traps to get food.

Typically the whole process takes 1-2 weeks to complete from start to finish. Seal off entries the first day, 2-4 return visits 3-4 business days apart, followed by a day to restore the space.
