Our Process
Our professionals begin with inspecting your home for entry points into both the attic and the crawl space. We use durable materials to seal off these entry points that we guarantee will keep the rodents out of your home.
Exclusion
After the entry points have been sealed off, we then set snap traps in the affected space. No hazardous poisons, just peanut butter. We return every 3-5 business days to remove and animals and schedule the next visit. After two consecutive visits with no new droppings or rodents in the traps we can then move on to phase 3.
Elimination
Once the rodents have been eliminated from the space we then remove all the soiled and destroyed materials and restore your crawl or attic space to a healthy and efficient condition.

It is important that no new materials are installed until the rodents have been eliminated from the space. Any remaining animals can soil new insulation or vapor barrier.
